You are an information-driven-bio-system of lived experiences. You have a unique DNA, history and response to injury and injury-recovery. Healing is an emerging process that can be done in community while honoring the individual’s needs.



DURING THIS FOUR DAY WEEKEND YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Relieve chronic symptoms (anything you’ve been feeling for greater than three months.)

  • Rewire your brain for more efficient use of your energy and abilities.

  • Upgrade your athletic performance.

  • Videos that expand your understanding of the movement skills taught in the weekly explorations.

  • Access to specific self-adjustment tools based on the movement lessons for on-the-go symptom relief.

  • Enhance your interception (your ability to feel yourself from the inside) which is the basis of Mindfulness.

  • Current pain neuroscience & research results and education. Not complex, really fascinating and easy to absorb.

  • Self-Reflection explorations taking the group sessions into an every day life personal experience. These help keep you in-tune with your whole-body experience between movement explorations.


Melissa Krikorian, PT

Melissa moved to Tyler from California where she had her own Private Practice. She lead Physical Therapy Continue Education on the science and application of how we can re-educated our nervous system — also known as the Mind/Body connection. She has taught nationally and internationally. The has been teaching method for over 25 years — way ahead of the current trend on the topic.
