Before our workshop begins, you will access 2.0 hours of lecture content on the unique neural mechanisms of mindfulness-based pain relief, the biological substrates it’s proposed to act on (immune and inflammation systems) and how it may uniquely buffer against future-oriented, catastrophic thinking resulting in an increased experience of well-being.
